This morning was an important milestone in Bailey’s journey to Gambia. He is heading out there in the Autumn to get experience of a different culture.
This morning we held a coffee morning with a raffle and tombola. Lots of tasty homemade cakes for everyone to enjoy.
The generosity of the community at Holy Nativity never ceases to amaze. With just over £400 raised at the event, the church will add the rest to put it up to £500.
Later in the year we’re looking forward to hearing about his time building a school and teaching English as a foreign language!
